Norfolk Property Photography

From one bed shepherd’s huts to a luxury hotel sleeping 220 people and many barn conversions in between, I’ve photographed hundreds of properties across Norfolk, Suffolk and further afield. My attention to detail and resulting images have earned me a reputation as one of Norfolk’s best property photographers.

Using a tried & tested proprietary system I ensure that all rooms are shown in their best possible light using a combination of bracketed exposures and subtle lighting to fill the shadows. Using the latest camera equipment, finest lenses known to man and wifi controls, to avoid any camera movement between exposures, I take the time to be certain that the images will entice prospective holidaymakers.

It’s not only holiday properties though, I have also worked for most of East Anglia’s estate agents on the more prestigious houses, and photographed commercial buildings, stately homes and Kenyan safari lodges. The same principles apply for each property and I ensure complete coverage through a combination of wide interiors, detail shots of features, exteriors & gardens and aerial drone images (all included in the shoot fee).

Many of my holiday let clients are thrilled with the results after uploading their images to their websites, regional booking portals or AirBnB and note significant increases in enquiries & bookings. I’ve made a blog post offering tips on how to best prepare a building & get the most from the property photography here.

I have also photographed interiors for Byfords, The Pigs at Edgefield, The Ffolkes, The Cliftonville in Cromer, Bliss Hotel in Southport, Norwich Assembly House, Reepham Dialhouse, ID Systems, Cley Windmill, The Hoste at Burnham Market, Chaucer Barn, Voewood and various interiors magazines.
